Reasons to rest:
- I am emotionally "spent" today.
- I've been crying, and now my head hurts.
- We had a party last night, and I worked ALL day yesterday cleaning and cooking.
- I worked out everyday this week...hard!
Reasons to workout:
- I'm fat.
- I have not done as much jogging this week as I had planned, and feel like I'm off track for my C25K plan.
- I'm fat.
- I usually am glad when I push through and do it.
- Have I mentioned that I'm fat?
I don't even have it in me to tell you to
Eat Your Veggies.

ReplyDeleteIt will feel better if you work out after you've cried and are emotionally spent. You don't need to work out *hard* just do it! :) I think that every time I make an excuse that doesn't include actual sickies I am probably being lazy. Which means a lot of days lately...
